My Little Brony: Penn

Read of a little OC thing going on Facebook, so I drew this up quickly for it.

For a little history, I used to never really like OCs all that much, mostly because many I've seen are usually pretty... eh, in terms of how they're drawn or how they would fit into the story.

Then ponies happened.
